Buggy app - keeps crashing during use after about two min. Logged in, and after two crashes, info on my sponsored child was gone. Going to uninstall and reinstall the app to see if I can retrieve the info, but if this is the experience, I won't be using the app, sadly. I was hoping to connect with my child, but this app is not making it possible.

Terrible. I'm trying to write my sponsored child and the app won't let me. Says no active child which is totally false. I've had this child sponsored for years

Every time I try to log in, you guys are having technical difficulties. I can never get logged in to do anything, it's really worthless!
